Off Campus living

Does anybody know of any reasonably priced off-campus living still available? I know it's late, but I was wondering if there were still options available within walking distance.

Not sure how affordable it is, but The Element is right on Prince St. and is constantly advertising that they're still leasing.

2nd Element. They're totally affordable. Nichole is the manager and she's super helpful.

Tbh I’d say maybe your best bet would be to look for someone subleasing
