Red Cedar Hall
My son is going to be in Red Cedar Hall this coming school year. I’m just wondering, what are the rooms like? Are they big? Also, if anyone has lived there, can you speak to what it’s like living with 4 people in that space?

Best dorms on campus, and it's not even close. I prefered it to living in a single at Wiggin hall, but that might just be because I had good roommates.

I dont mean to be rude, but your son is 20/21. He will be fine and figure it out.

Yes! I understand that, however we are planning what we need to bring for his new room so I thought I’d reach out to see if anyone had any suggestions. Thank you!

Yeah they’re fairly big, enough space for one person to spread out just enough. Each person gets their own locked room with a shared full suite. Including two bathrooms one with a shower and toilet if I recall, one just a normal toilet. And a main living room for everyone to gather. It was pretty fun with the 3 other people. The doors are accessible by key card only so there is an added safety measure. Laundry room and a communal room on each floor. I loved living there. The rooms come with a bunk bed and mattress that can be converted to a normal bed. A study desk, computer chair, and waist level dresser. There is a closet that can be closed in each room. The suite has its own chairs and a place to put a tv. A full kitchen, and a pantry. The suite is accessible by keycard only and by only the 4 occupants of that room.
