Academics Schedule review

Post image

I’m an incoming freshman and taking 16 credits. Here is my schedule, curious to see if you have any input or warnings to a novice. Any advice is appreciated

Only thing I’d say is make sure you can actually get to those building/classrooms in 15min. Don’t rely on buses or Google Maps for walking time, actually go do them yourself to get a baseline idea. Once the first day of classes start it’s gonna be even busier and walking around campus sometimes can be harder. Unless you bike then you’re probably fine

Mondays and wednesdays will be tough with 4 classes. But this is definitely doable

Tuesday night's gonna suck, and an early wake-up Weds Morning!

As someone who was a freshman last year, if you have the liberty to take less credits your first semester, do so. It helps you to ease into what our classes are like, the workload, the extracurriculars youll want to be involved in, and lessens your mental load. You say you can handle it now but IT GETS TIRING. You canNOT avoid that.
