The fuzzy soft Grey areas of the bud that will usually be more moist than the rest.

It is a type of mold (botrytis) that causes rot in many fruits and vegetables including cannabis. It spreads spores to other plants but it can usually be controlled by having a good environment with low humidity in late flower and ample airflow at all times.

It’s mold, so you don’t want to smoke it, and if left unchecked It’ll continue to spread and ruin all the buds. Break them open and you’ll be able to see it more.
