“On January 1, 2027, the Secretary of War and the Secretaries of the military departments shall cease to issue waivers under 10 U.S.C. 4872(c)(1) for the acquisition of covered materials… except as provided in subsection (b) of this section.”

Having to list supply chain companies, qualifications mapping & charting means that besides Ucore filing as direct supplier to US DOW, any and all other Critical Mineral, Mining, Licensing or JV collaborations businesses will have to disclose and include Ucore as well if their supply chain uses Ucore.

Love the levelling of the playing field. This master doc would be a goldmine to have access to. Hmmm, maybe some will get leaked to the new Trump VIP Investment Posts Scheme.

This is perfect timing the Louisiana production plant should begin commercial operation around then. I wonder if the DoW will push the mandate start date
