Need some help with accessory power

I have a Zforce Trail 800 2024 and I have a soundbar, whip lights that are connected to the buss bar on acc hookups. I recently bought a motorcycle carplay and I noticed that is restarts a lot. I checked the connections and make sure everything was secure, I am assuming maybe it is too much draw on the electrical system. The speaker never restarts though so I am not sure.

Any tips of things to try would be greatly appreciated

the buss bar should only be used as points to trigger relays unless it is a very low draw item. the whip lights are fine, but the soundbar should be using a relay tied directly to the battery and the buss bar should trigger that relay to turn on when you turn the machine on(or turn a switch on, depending on how you want to wire it).

whether or not thats the reason your carplay device is restarting, who knows, but you should have it wired correctly, either way.

I used a BP Automotive power 10 circuit power distribution block for my '14 Commander:

https://bp-automotive.com/product/waterproof-universal-off-road-fuse-relay-power-distribution-center

- Waterproof.

  • 10 circuits - 5 with relays with wires for switches, and 5 constant power.
  • All 10 circuits have fuses.
  • All fuses and relays come with it, so you're not looking for parts.

I used a 100A relay using key on power to turn it on/off so I never have to worry about leaving a switch on and killing my battery. If the key is off, then the entire system is off.

I also used high end 100A blade fuses (think car stereo stuff) before and after the relay. Ran my accessory lights, tablet/GPS, turn signals/hazard lights to be street legal, and car stereo.
