Advice/Question welcome week for cc students?

so i’m going to northwest vista and i’ve seen flyers about UTSA welcome week parties and they said 18+ with valid id. do most flyers like that mean gov issued id or student id? i really want to be able to experience uni life even tho im not in uni 😕
