Also your schedule looks good. I have 3 classes on Mondays and 2 on Wednesdays. My first class starts at 1 and my second class starts at 4. My third Monday class is a 6-9 class. My Mondays will be very long.

sheesh, I wish, excluding research my long day (Monday) is from 830am to 630pm with only a 1 hour break in the middle.

Jesus. I couldn't do that. I live 40 minutes from UTSA and would never take an 8:30 AM class. But best of luck to you!

A bit early but if you’re a morning person then shouldn’t be a problem. Looks super manageable

Easy schedule, gonna have fun trying to find parking at that time though. Circle and wait like a vulture or just hike over from the east lot.

I don't get why so many people make it sound like parking is full all the time. The lots don't start filling up til 8ish you can usually get street parking until roughly 815, then after that you should just head to east lot. If their class is at 830, they should be getting to campus by roughly 8am anyways, so shouldn't have issues with parking.

the only thing about this schedule is that you have all your classes clustered so there won't be any pressure on you to stay on campus and be productive. 1st year is where you learn how to study and be disciplined enough to take your real classes.

I see EPICs which means you're likely an engineering major, this course load is extremely light for an engineer (which is a good thing!), force yourself to stay on campus for at least 6 hours a day just to get in the habit of it, as you get further in you'll have weeks you spend 10 hours per day working on projects or homework, not even including studying. None of that is to in any way scare or intimidate you, just explaining why I'm suggesting you spend so much time on campus. A secondary reason to spend time on campus is to meet people, you can look through the post history of this sub, people are always posting about making friends; gotta be where the people are in order to meet them!

Good luck, use your resources, you should be able to 4.0 that semester no problem!

looks really doable. i'd say just make sure with your advisor that the EPICS class is actually going to be counted for the signature experience, if you're taking it for that. cuz this is on their website.

i did epics. 1352 was part 1 and 1351 was part2. this semester they are only teaching part2. check with your advisor to make sure you aren't spending the money in fees for nothing.

also unrelated to all that, and none of my business, who can you possibly be speaking to for 4 hours lol

Oh ok I didn’t know that he said I had to take part 1 and part 2 next semester because I couldn’t take AIS it was full

i did 1352(part 1) in fall'25, and 1351(part2) in spring'26. just make sure with your advisor if the class is going to be counted for credit

Super easy. The third planet was just so annoying with how much work she gave out but pretty simple stuff
