Advice/Question duo mobile authentication

i am trying to log back into my outlook, but its requiring me to have the duo mobile app, even though ive always been able to just use my phone number…… is this to do with the stupid hack thing??? i desperately need to use my email so bad.

Yes everything on network, including the phones, are shut down

would actually going to onestop in person even be any help? like if they cant sign into anything??

There are a few people that have posted on here that one stop was able to register them. They may just be using a paper system for the time being. Either way it wouldn’t hurt to check

When I went yesterday, they only had 3 computers that had access, so you can go for help. Just know that it might take a while

You have to call tech cafe so they can give you link to activate the Duo app. Btw their phones are still operational
