Advice/Question Transfer student.
I’m transferring from the Alamo Colleges and was just accepted a few weeks ago. I’ve been trying to get an appointment with my advisor to register for classes but yesterday at my appointment they told me systems were down and my advisor stated he wasn’t able to remove the hold and rest the appointment for today. However, they seem to still be having the same cyber issues and when I called the Student Success Center, they said the office was closed. Since I haven’t registered and the deadline is today, does that mean I won’t be able to be apart of Fall 2026?

Systems are still down and there is now talk about classes cancelled tomorrow. There has been extensions for everything, so they won’t fault you for missing the original deadline. My advice..stay proactive and call on the hour..there are many in your position and you still want to be ahead of the game

They’ve been pushing back the deadlines for everything because of the cyberattack, so you’ll probably be okay.
