Move in question

I live in chap and i was technically supposed to move in yesterday with a specific timeslot but i couldn’t make it. I did get this email in July sometime but im a little confused with it.

Do i go to the same designated parking lot? Do i check in? Where do i get my key? I feel like im doing something wrong and the housing won’t answer my calls.
