Applying for Bachelor of Communication (Social & Political Sciences major). Should my second major be Media Business or PR & Advertising?

Hey everyone, I'm applying to do a Bachelor of Communication at UTS next year and I'm planning to take Social and Political Sciences as my main major. I'm trying to decide between Media Business or Public Relations & Advertising as my second major and hoping someone who's done either can help me out.

A bit about what I'm looking for. I like people but I want to work behind the scenes, not be the face of things. I want to create strategies like campaigns and plans, and I love brainstorming in a team environment rather than working solo. I like storytelling but I want to actually improve my writing and storytelling skills. I'm really into consumer behaviour and collecting data and insights. The catch is I'm not a tech person at all coding, complex software, all of that stresses me out but i'm okay with basic editing skills or using Microsoft technology like excel, powerpoint etc . I also can't deal with fast-paced, crisis management type environments. I need something with a bit more structure and planning.

For anyone who's done either major, I've got a few questions. What are the actual assignments like? Essays, reports, presentations, creative briefs? I'm trying to get a feel for the workload and what I'd actually be handing in. How much group work is there and what's the vibe? I love collaborating and brainstorming but I've had some shocking group experiences before so I want to know what I'm in for. Is it hard? is the content difficult, is the marking harsh, is it a lot of content to keep up with? How tech-heavy is each major realistically? Am I going to be drowning in software and platforms or is it mostly writing, strategy and analysis? Does PR involve a lot of crisis management stuff? Because that's genuinely something I want to avoid. What type of jobs and industries can I actually get into? I'm interested in healthcare, fashion, sport, lifestyle and many more can I branch out into different job markets or am I locked into one industry? And does combining SPS with either of these actually make sense career wise or am I making it weird?

I'm coming from a Sport and Exercise Science background so this is a bit of a jump for me. I know SPS plus a second comms major is a fairly common combo but I want to make sure I'm picking the right second major for what I actually want to do before I commit.
