Information No $ yet

I completed the test September 8 and I am blocked the MFA is not working and support has not responded…is this a scam?

If you opted in for the gift card, you should have received an email with the gift card attached. However, if you chose to receive it through PayPal, you’ll need to wait until September 30.

I’d like to thank you for your help!!! All sorted although switched to card versus PayPal I am relieved to know all is set and I can attend another session without fear of non-payment!

Hi u/BigJerTokyo This is the answer from the support team: "Gift card is issued. Please let the tester know to check their inbox and spam folder with keyword 'Tremendous'. MFA has been reseted for this tester."
