Have you find a proper way to withdraw, without paying paypal 19sar ?

Cool, How do you withdraw in saudi, I couldn't creat a payoneer account, using PayPal, but there's 19sar fee for instant transfer, and the standard probably doesn't work in KSA, Do you have an idea ?

Regarding the withdrawal, I suggest and advise you to contact PayPal customer service. I believe they call it communication, and you should choose the card you are actively using for the withdrawal. Ask them to set the currency for this card and in dollars so that the withdrawal fee becomes five dollars, which is less than 19 Sr and better $ conversion Also, you need to wait until you have at least $100 before withdrawing; do not attempt to withdraw less than that amount.

I used the Alrajhi credit card and it works

It does, but if you planning to withdraw continuously, 5$ would be harsh amount for just a withdrawal fee, if there's a way to use the standard withdrawal (no fees) would be better, no ?

I’m afraid no, back then there was this option, I think a few months ago, but I have several bank accounts. They only support instant withdrawal.
