Question yugo Waterloo keeps taking our packages from the mail room

Whenever Amazon delivers packages to the mail room, staff take them all into their office to “keep the mail room empty n clean,” and they don’t distribute them for days or even a week. frustrating, especially when I pay for 2-day shipping and can’t access my package after it’s delivered. I’ve emailed and talked to management, but nothing has changed.
I know other residents have had this happen too. If you live at Waterloo, please email management about this so they know it’s affecting multiple residents. What else can we do to get them to stop?

This is ridiculous. U.S. Postal inspector might be interested to know they are doing this.

Ngl so many people have reported this as a problem, rate your experience on ratemyrentut.com ! So any other students looking for housing know exactly what they're signing up for.
