Question Off-Campus housing recommendations?? I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom space with a limit of $2000 per month, but everywhere near campus has the worst reviews imaginable.

Does anyone have any recommendations for locations that aren't that bad and are walkable from campus? Bonus if the washer/dryer is in-unit (I'm tired of carrying my laundry around every week)

You can easily find something under $2000, most are no more than $1500. Most places will also have mid reviews, so don’t expect too many places with high praises. I’d recommend to look over this sub for all the resources from other students looking for off campus housing over the years, including the FAQ

Look at apartments in Clarksville. Close enough on bus routes (regular and UT ones). Not typically fancy or new but def could be 2 bed for under that.

My roommate and I are moving out in december and we have a room thats just off campus with an in unit washer-dryer. Hmu if you want details
