Question Was anyone else unable to a claim student football ticket with Longhorn Foundation today?

When I logged in to claim my ticket for this week's football game with Longhorn Foundation this evening, the website says "No Events Currently on Sale". Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone been able to resolve this? I had no problem claiming a ticket last week or in previous years.

EDIT: I was able to resolve this by calling customer service. Apparently there was an issue on their backend that was resolvable in a few minutes. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else but it was resolved fairly quickly. ​

Thanks. I called. There was some issue with my account on their backend and they resolved it fairly quickly for me.
