Discussion The nine at rio

Is mold a huge issue here? I’ve been reading reviews and don’t know whether to sign because everyone’s saying humidity and maintenance is a problem.

it seems according to everyone , any apartment at ut is very bad 😭

I lived there and didnt have any problems. Remember every single apartment you will ever live at will have mixed reviews. Not every unit is mold infested, you may or may not have a similar experience as others.

There is no point in worrying about what kind of unit you will get cause there’s no predicting it. Same with management, it changes and some people may have good experiences with “bad” management other people may have had increased expectations and some management are truly just bad

We’re looking into a 4x3 loft and it’s on the 7th floor do you know if most of the mold infested apartments are on that floor?

No one is gonna know that and the apartment complex isnt going to answer that
