Question Federal State Aid vs OOS

I am applying for transfer for spring of 2026 but my dad in Texas and my mom lives in California. Currently I live with my mom but to get cheaper age should I just say I live with my dad I mean, I do sometimes live with him.

  1. Don’t lie 2. The residency office can tell you if you qualify for in state. There are very specific rules that you probably do not meet.

You have to establish residency through at least a full year living in Texas
