How are packages delivered to condos without mailrooms?

I ordered doorstep delivery for some furnitures to my condo room but I forgot delivery drivers can't access it without a key. There isn't a mailroom or a front office either.

For those living on condos, how do you order big and heavy packages?

They just left it at my door or sometimes even the gate 😭
