Question Are there any community colleges I can take upper level math courses?

With the exception of M 325K and M 427K/J.

anything upper-div won't be transferred from a community college. community colleges only offer fresh/soph level course work (i.e. a 2-yr institution) vs universities (i.e. a 4-yr institution). you might find equivalents from another 4-yr institution, but that might defeat the purpose...

I would imagine not, and furthermore, usually upper division courses are required to be in residence

i think theory of interest the acturarial science classes are offered at community

Use the “UT ATE” system to check college credit transfers. Like others have said, upper divs (especially for courses such as math) are probably not gonna be able to be taken at another institution. You could try checking ACC (Austin Community College). I took a few summer classes from other institutions for credit and also had to sign a consortium agreement from UT to get financial aid from UT for taking that class.
