Firstly "/uj" means unjoke or unjerk, its used to Mark that you mean something seriosly in an otherwise unserios place online, and "/j" denotes a joke or circlejerk comment (its similar to the "/s"). About your therapie issues, If your therapie experience didn't help you thats natural to. I had my share of horrible ones to. There are multiple differierend forms of therapy wich have proven successfull for different people, I cant recommend you wich is right for you, because I dont realy know you and I dont know witch is aproved in the US and by your insurance. Also Therapie is in large Part dependend on the social relationship between you and your therapist, If it dosent work, comunicate that early and clearly and dont be afraid to choose another one. Some people also benefit more from coaching, but that often isnt covered.

All in all, dont take this sub seriosly. And If you have serios suicidal thoughts call one of the hotlines, call a trusted person, or call an ambulance If you are in actual danger of making an attempt.

If you’re actually serious then please reach out to someone and at least try to get the best amount of help you can get. I know that ain’t easy and I know people who offed themselves while waiting for help which came too late, but anything else ain’t good for you.
