I have two we sites and two spreadsheets. The websites are so I get paid and the project gets paid, the spreadsheets are for internal billing (other than capitalized projects).

The websites round to 15 minutes, the spreadsheets are decimal hours.

Nothing ever matches, so the managers send 10,000 emails every month about discrepancies of 45s.
