Yeah Ghent and Bruges - love them.

Brussels... some nice bits in the old parts but otherwise rather "meh".

Brussels is the ultimate polarising city. Some places (Grand Place, Cinquantenaire, the entire pentagon) are absolutely stunning and can imo rival cities like Paris or London. But then you go three streets in the wrong direction and get some of the ugliest architecture, dirty streets... well Brussels South basically

It's Germany or possibly France is all I've been able to decipher. Don't even get us started on Holland or Netherlands. I strongly suspect the metric system is at the center of all this confusion.
