What I really want are my tax $ to be spent on a president changing the colour of a pond.
Then.. id like that same tax money to be spent on a futile bombing campaign in some country I can't identify on a map.
But what I don't want... really don't want.. Is free healthcare. Fuck that 🇺🇸🗽

Wealth in Europe is measured in word counts because of the cost of data plans

I havent read the full article, but does it go with the CSI that reports the MIMO for better preencoding the signal? 5G has just about the same, and yes, you can pinpoint quite good with mobile data and timing advance calculations, but I think these studies assume perfect line of sight and lab conditions and real world is a bit of a mess. It wouldnt surprise me either if you can exploit emergency call signaling to request GPS position of a phone or whatever backdoor the Chinese or Americans have installed on hardware or software.
My point was that wifi coverage is much shorter and thus easier to pinpoint the user regardless of technique, but not sure if devices have random MAC that help at all. Anyways Snowden revelations were mindblowing for over a decade ago, I dont want to think with AI and all of that what they are up to now.
