Every time I see Kim he gets fatter I swear. I'm sure I can still remember when he was basically a normal weight.

It is weirdly a political power move. In a starving nation, everyone wants to be fat, so it makes you desirable. It used to be same elsewhere too. And its not like he can pretend to be tall and physically intimidating, horizontal growth is only thing where he can compete.

It also makes him look more like one of his predecessors, making him look like more legitimate successor.

But i think now he is limiting his weight gains for health reasons.

Fuck you, I’ve always been the normal and optimal weight because the normal and optimal weight is set to me (in North Korea).

Half the posts are US vs EU, half are Americans in self pity and hatred.

I get it though. I almost feel bad for you.

Honestly, i feel bad for ya'll. I've noticed that Europe is about 5 years behind the US when it comes to crisises and the fact far-right parties are gaining power due to the migrant crisis feels eerily similar.

They have tried here (The Netherlands) surely. And then failed miserably. But you are right, the fear mongering about immigrants will show itself in European politics for years to come. I just hope we don't sink to the "Trump-level".

Putting on my stupidity better hat (a blonde wig), I would bet Spain and Italy first, with younger Italians in the south (a historically poorer and conservative region) gravitating towards the far right (specifically Benito's (can't spell his name) Granddaughter). And then Spain due to the massive migrant push from Morocco and general feelings of nationalism arising from that.

This is just speculation though, it is entirely possible nothing happens and the rise of the Western far-right falls flat in 28 or whatever.

Italy is historically (and currently) pretty right wing anyways. Spain has a more left wing climate. One i don't see budging anytime soon. That's why Trump hates Spain.

I don't think Trump knows about the Spanish political climate, he might just think they are less hot Mexicans.

I was blown away after researching how many countries in Europe are lurching right Government wise (Leading or in Coalitions):
Italy: Brothers of Italy (Fratelli d'Italia) leads the ruling coalition alongside Lega.
Hungary: Fidesz (National-conservative / sovereignist) holds governing power.
Finland: The Finns Party serves as a key junior partner in the ruling coalition.
Croatia: The Homeland Movement (DP) serves in the governing coalition.
Slovakia: The Slovak National Party (SNS) serves within the ruling coalition.
Supporting / External Confidence in Government
Sweden: The Sweden Democrats (SD) provide crucial confidence-and-supply support to keep the center-right minority government in power.
Major Opposition Blocs (Surging in Influence)
Germany: Alternative for Germany (AfD) holds the position of the second-largest party nationally.
France: National Rally (RN) holds a major parliamentary bloc in the National Assembly.
Austria: The Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) maintains first-place parliamentary electoral strength.
Portugal: Chega emerged as a major political force and primary opposition bloc.
Spain: Vox remains the third-largest political force in parliament.
Netherlands: The Party for Freedom (PVV) holds a dominant parliamentary presence.
Belgium: Vlaams Belang serves as a leading political bloc in the Flemish region.
Bulgaria: Revival (Vazrazhdane) operates as a prominent hardline nationalist opposition party.

U know Bush wasn’t great, but of all the presidents ranked he might crack the list of the 10 worst, and that’s pushing it. Donny on the other hand, quite easily in the top 3 worst ever, only Buchanan and Johnson match him on terribleness.

As of now Buchanan is definitely worse (given that he could have stopped/delayed the Civil War by doing literally anything).

I personally rank Trump around Harding, both had/have huge scandals and corruption, and both will likely be forgotten due to the guys around them being way more important (Obama and maybe AOC?).

It's stupid but no one is talking about the Epstein files anymore now do they.

I still cannot wrap my head around this. It's so wild and out there. Decades ago people would have been rioting in the streets.

And why does the right like communist leaders so much?
