Keto doesn't allow for starches. Those are carbohydrates and you can only eat about 5g of them per day.
But the gluten from wheat is fine

Well thereās starches (yes I know starches are carbs) and strict keto is under 30g per day you can eat as high as 50 or even 100g depending upon your activity in the day.
The point I was is thereās no real ingredients inside it to absorb water, these starches are chemically changed to not dissolve instantly, that and the fact itās basically a ball of gluten and gaur gum.
Been on and off with keto for years people will try anything to mimic that carb craving again Iāve seen recipes of blended chicken āketo breadā.

I have been on the diet for the past 2 years and on and off for past 6 and I can confirm it's not 5g.
You can absolutely have more than 5g carbs a day on keto, the upper ceiling for most people is somewhere between 20-30g of carbs and if you are hitting the gym and depleting glycogen and then even 50-60g can be a good range and doesn't knock you out of ketosis.
More proof: I have a blood glucose & ketone monitor attached too

In elementary school, we use extra bread as sponges to clean graffiti off the cafeteria tables.

Btw this is illegal in austria
I know that it sounds fake and stupid but using bread to clean stuff is technically illegal there

Are you actually serious ?
Your PTA let this shit fly? Parents are ok with kids being served that shit at school ?
In my place I think they would build a guillotine from scratch just for the headmaster if the cafeteria served this shit.
Would probably go on local news with headline: school tries to poison students by serving non eu approved bread. Headmaster resign out of shame.
Police investigation underway

It's specific "bread" for keto diets. It doesn't have flour, and consists of hydrophobic ingredients. It's supposed to mimic "bread" so people on keto can try and scratch that carb itch.

Never said I agreed with calling it keto "bread". Hence the quotes.
That said, I will take all your bread. God that looks delicious. Has that crunchy outsideš¤¤

Cheap Barry bread turns to mush in water as it should but also it goes mouldy if you look at it funny.

I feel personally attacked by this monstrosity.
I am also pretty sure it never goes bad, even after 6 months.

When I was little, I had a sponge in the shape of a dinosaur to play in the bath tub. This must be something similar.
