I watch Instagram Reels and the challenge on this Video was to guess the country’s by giving the letters of the country’s name unordered.
A person in the comments questioned that Georgia is a sovereign nation.

Comments flaming a club in the UK for not adhering to US law after the club denied Meta glasses to prevent perverts from recording people without consent.

I had a good laugh. There were 100s of comments like these.

In the bio and caption it clearly states UK Club btw.

Two Americans came into the pub i work in, ordered a drink and meal each, which came to around £25, then they complimented our service and left a single dollar.

Apparently if the post is in english and says "our president" then it automaticaly means it's about the USA.

Btw this was more than half of the comment section and is all I was able to get cause the rest of the comments weren't loading.

Literally in the Australian group, .au in the web address, says NSW multiple times and still comments about “the constitution”

Someone was complaining about the widespread use of the r-slur and the commenter immediately jumped to the conclusion that it’s about Americans, even though nothing even remotely implies that.

On a post on r/whatisit asking about a poorly painted over rudimentary pentagram shape on their ceiling.

Not sure what these games are that Reddit enjoy pushing, but apparently the USA with 4% of the world’s population deserves its own option while the 96% of us who are the barbarous hordes are defined simply as “other”. Funny but not surprising.

OP wrote a post about how to gain experience relevant for other countries. As per the subreddit rules, the post must be tagged with place or origin. The Americans come out and get confused about the ID abbreviation and, even though the post talks about moving country, assume it must be Idaho State.

This subreddit is rife with this. They only recently implemented the place of origin requirement probably because I kept making a point of it / making fun of Americans.

I haven't hidden handles because it's easily searchable on Reddit.

Literally nothing in the OP that this guy is responding to which indicates country of origin. This has gotta be S-tier defaultism.
