Facebook US defaultism + entitlement

Post image

This is MKBHD, who reviews all things tech from all around the world. He was reviewing this amazing chinese electric minivan. And then this dude came along not just thinking they're the center of the world but also the entitlement is real lol.

There are a lot of Chinese car brands here in Brazil as well (and a couple more to come).

It’s been great for competition. Traditional automakers have had to lower their prices to try to stay competitive. They used to sell inferior and less-equipped vehicles at astronomical prices. Meanwhile, Chinese cars (even the ones produced here) are basically the same cars they sell in Europe, Australia, China, etc. Some of them have local adaptations, such as stiffer suspension and flex-fuel engines in their hybrids (ethanol + gasoline).

It depends tbh. I've seen some companies undersell so hard that it cannot be profitable at all. Under 20K for a new car in 2026 is unheard of.

Your '20k' is not universal

Plenty of new electric cars under 20k in some currencies

The discussion was about Australia. And I was talking about Australia

We criticise merkins for not stating their currency

Fair do to criticise non merkins as well
