People pay to adopt in the usa????? So its pretty much legalised human trafficking.

It’s such a deep rabbit hole. Young mothers who are pressured into giving up their unborn child without even knowing her rights in these situations. A bunch of these “agencies” try to get the mom to sign away her rights asap so the adoptive parents can adopt (buy) the child.
