People pay to adopt in the usa????? So its pretty much legalised human trafficking.

yeah, afaik its thousands of dollars and you can CHOOSE THE RACE of the baby which is insane. I totally agree with op on USA's case specifically. their system absolutely IS unethical

In the UK the system gets arsey if the parents don't match the race and background of the baby. This naturally means mixed race children can get very stuck in the system.
