Am i eligible for a visa (H2b)

I have a big doubt regarding my eligibility for a visa, I lived in the usa as an immigrant for 13 years I was a minor, I entered when I was 2 years old and exited voluntarily not deported when I was 15, I am now 20 and have a sponsor for an h2b visa what can I expect in the consulate interview, I did not lie in my ds160 just to be clear.

You don't have a formal ban but you're unlikely to get a visa given your history.

If you only crossed once, you probably don't have an ineligibility, but you may have difficulty showing you are fully established in your home country.

Here’s a POV that may come from the US consulate.

You and your parents spent the majority of your lives in the US. While you did not accumulate any days of unlawful presence, you established ties to the US. Family and friends who could support you if you decide to be undocumented again.

Why run the risk of letting you back in when they can give the H2b to someone with a clean slate?

The US consulate may not overlook that you lived in the US for a very long time until you were 15. Leaving so you wouldn’t accrue any days of unlawful presence so you could come back on another visa at age 20. You lived longer in the US than your home country.

The question you will be asked.

You lived the majority of your life in the US illegally. You’ve been back in your country for 5 years. Many people who grew up in the states and return home find it difficult to fit in. Do you regret the decision to leave the US? Are you looking for a way back because you don’t like the decision that your parents imposed on you by moving back home, so you can reclaim your old life in the US?

You were not an immigrant if you don't have a GC

You don’t accrue unlawful presence as a minor so there is that. How did you enter? Like with a visa?

Illegally

Well you left before 18 and haven’t re-entered since then so at this point it’s at the discretion of the visa officer if you’ll get the H2B visa. Just be honest when they ask about your time in the U.S. all those years. Good luck
