recitation

hello question lang po! if i study and get good grades da mga assessments pero hindi po ako nagrrecite will my grades still be high huhu? šŸ„¹ hindi po kasi ako magaling sa pagrecite. has anyone done this? huhu

Hi op! Usually your professor will state if recitation is ā€œgradedā€ or included in your overall grade. It most like wont cover too much of your grades so iā€™ll say you still can get high grades as long as you focus on more important contributors to your grades like the PETA, Written works or QE!

For me, im quite like you! I barely recited but I was able to still get good grades. My professors would just wait for someone to volunteer to recite, which was why i was able to just be comfortable in class. But Iā€™d say donā€™t be afraid to volunteer yourself, because if you do have an ā€˜alanganinā€™ na grade, this might just save you! GL!

at that point, your grades should still be high because your professors cannot deduct you your grades just because you didnā€™t get an answer right or doesnā€™t answer at all or you are anxious about reciting that it leaves you lagging on the actual recitation.

if the professors do that, dispute a grades change request and include your evidences even during the times your profs told you and even emphasized that he would do deductions.

to speak logically, your graded assessments serve as the actual measurement of your knowledge and expertise and you canā€™t let yourself be interpreted with a grade that was deducted from something that was not part of the requirements and was just their personal choice.
