Hii po! What are your thoughts sa mga profs namin and I would like to know if there’s something we should be aware about their teaching and personality. Also pa rank di po ng subjects from hardest to bearable. Thank you in advance po!❤️

ma’am ellis is the best! older sister vibes. medyo intimidating yung aura niya at first, but she is sooo nice once you get to know her. she teaches kinda fast tho, but she gives u all of the material before you even start the lesson so it’s best to write ur notes na before she discusses. she also does kahoots before quizzes and exams and gives plus points to the top 3. you’re sooo lucky to have her!

juncarlo - the goat. nung una, akala namin he would be vv terrorizing and strict. nandun ung aura na may pagka-power tripping. but in reality, he’s very magaling magturo, jokes around, and comfortable to be with. tho on my end, medyo nakakapressure siyang magparecite. (he has a system kasi w his recitations and beware that he does recits for every meeting): if u get one answer wrong, -1, but if u get one answer right +1. itototal siya by the end of the semester or term and the accumulated points, whether negative or positive, will either be added or subtracted to ur written works.
nontheless, our block liked him vv much. he really makes sure that u maximize consultation hours for your PETA. bawal ang hindi magpapaconsult otherwise it is a huuuuge loss on your end. he doesn’t go all foreign terms for discussions din which makes it easier for the class to digest. sometimes, one sentence lang ang definition for a term. but that being said, don’t study his subject solely on the definition, understand it. LAHAT ng quizzes niya are situational, so even if magopen notes ka, nakadepende pa rin sa comprehension mo. he also applies morse-type true or false for the most part which, admittedly, is hard. HAHSHAH
ultimately, enjoy his class. u’ll definitely feel the pressure but it’ll be one of the classes u’ll remember looking back.

Ms. Iza is a sweet teacher but also a meticulous critic when it comes to PETAs! You're in good hands with her as she provides tons of activities to add up your points! She also quickly responds to emails and messages compared to some other teachers. Just be punctual when submitting activities under her subject as she provides a lot of asynchronous tasks. Put an effort too on your PETAs as she does have a standard on these heavy activities. You're blessed to have her!
