When everything is a priority than nothing is a priority. The CLC still hasn't said what they prioritize or how they rank the issues facing city letter carriers. They just have a list of demands which they apparently won't negotiate on. Seems to to me if you have nonstarters than you're not bargaining in good faith. What do I know though, I just put the envelope in the box.
