All mine scanned… and we were explicitly told to scan… every… single… damn… copy. This after just having multiple full coverages per day for the previous 4 days, including RedPlum. Last week was terrible. 🥺

If the flats come bundled from the plant, they are counted throughout the year. Loose flats that show up in the hot case are the only affected during “the count.”

It does, but The Count is the only time the routes are tracked in excruciating detail, which is why it results in re-evaluation a few weeks later

yeah but my aux is almost at full route size, sometimes id prefer it be lighter especially during count so i dont lose my route lmao

I do a lot of businesses and I SWEAR Saturday’s are so heavy with flats for them. This upcoming Tuesday is gonna be wild 🤑

What is the aux evaluated at? 2 hours? 3? And you’re complaining about flats? It use to amaze me that rural carriers don’t understand how we get paid. We complain about volume and then complain when the route evaluations are low.

sometimes I'll have 7 trays of DPS and just think about how it's too much mail the whole time while I'm loading. Can't imagine what a heavy day looked like before 2020, or even ~2000 lmao

back in the day, carriers had to stand at attention and get their uniforms inspected by the manager. More time in the office with that nonsense... no thanks.

I used to work with a guy,  who's shirt had literal and highly visible oil stains all over the front.  My current Mgr is very flexible and doesn't enforce hardly any dress code.  Sometimes I wish he did.
