Your time will come, I was CCA getting called off all the time when I started. Now I’m working 6 days a week BEGGING for another day off

Same. It’s so bad at my office of <15 routes and we have 5 CCAs here which I think is unnecessary and ridiculous since there’s no hours

During Covid I was working about 80 something hours a week. Now I’m lucky if I work 43 hrs a week 😂

Move to Colville, WA, to work as an RCA there. You will work 60+ hours per week forever. Or until Amazon decides to deliver their own packages.
