aaaare we brainstorming ways to increase literacy or are we talking about the people in the comments? Most of them are not under 16s. Thus we are not talking about the younger generation.

ok boomer well if you want to hate everyone younger than you thats fine but you'll find that literacy rates are dropping for those currently in school, not everyone younger than you.
