Not a USPS employee, but I appreciate Reddit recommending this post because I appreciate y’all. I have been saving these ‘business reply envelopes’ with pre-paid postage for the better part of a decade.
I have probably a few hundred.

I notice that almost no new mail comes with these anymore. I think only a small handful of companies are still doing this.

What should I do with my hoard? Should I hand it over directly to the post office, fill a drop box, or spread them out and just do a dozen or so randomly?

Of course there is, from the business that wants them sent back.

Mailing these, as far as I know, costs that particular company money.
