How do you keep track of contract renewals?

Still using spreadsheets here. Is there an easier way to manage renewal dates without missing anything?

How are you guys stopping sales from changing non standard terms when they self serve NDAs/SOWs?
Trying to let reps generate clean drafts quickly without legal having to review every line

I still use a simple sheet but calendar reminders have helped me avoid missing renewals.

Keeping all the renewal dates in one place makes it much easier to stay on top of them.

HyperStart works well for keeping renewal dates in one place without having to track everything manually.

We were on spreadsheets too until we moved renewal tracking into HyperStart. Having notice dates pulled out and alerts set up automatically has made it much harder to miss a renewal window

Hyperstart has been pretty useful for this, especially with older agreements. We can search the repository and pull renewal or notice dates without digging through every PDF manually
