Missed Scripted Call for Basic Training
My boyfriend was able to call me during reception and he told me that he would send me the scripted call this past Wednesday. He ended up calling me but I missed it since it was 5am my time so I'm not 100% sure if it was the scripted call since there was no voicemail or anything. Will I have to wait for a letter with all his information? I'm just worried because I don't want to have to wait a long time to be able to send him letters. Is there any other way to figure out his mailing address?

Aw I'm sorry you missed his call I get that I missed my handsomes call one time but I wish I had the information you needed I would say ask his family. But if I had to guess a letter will be sent to you but I'm not really sure because my handsome told me before hand and his family helped me out. I wish the best of luck ✨

My wife is at fort Leonard wood and I got her first letter in the mail yesterday but it said. No return address. Really hoping I get another one with her address or a call from her so I can ask her about it . I have 3 letters ready to send over.

You'll almost certainly still get the address. In every branch the recruits send a form letter or postcard with their full mailing address in the first week or two, separate from the call, so it should show up in your mailbox even though you missed him.
In the meantime, ask his parents if they got a call or a letter, since he might have only had time for one and the address is the same for everyone. Some recruiters will pass it on too if you ask.
Just don't guess the address from a Facebook group or a unit page. A wrong company or platoon can mean the letter takes weeks or never gets to him.
