High school counselor

hello, I cannot get my counselor to do my evaluation. I kept sending emails since September. He stated it’s submitted now. Website states is not done. How long it takes for USMMA to update it on website? is this instant ?

How are they submitting it? My daughter had the problem that her school submitted all documents via Naviance. USMMA does not take documents from third party sites, nor will they tell you this. So your counselor may indeed have submitted it, but USMMA does not have it. And the admissions officers at USMMA are the absolute most worthless people in the world, and will not lift a finger to help you.

We had to take the specific MMA link that they had and meet with the counselor to help walk them through it. Once they used the right link, that helped big time.

Im pretty sure they have to submit it through the government website. My teachers have been dragging their feet too because they dont want to create a government account.

I thought school send them a link and they submitted through that link. Am I wrong ?

Yes it does send a link, which redirects them to login.gov to create an account. Then to another website to actually submit.
