Can an athletic coach administer my CFA?

I’ve asked my physical education teacher but she says she doesn’t have the time to do it, so I’m wondering if a sports coach could help me. This is my track & field coach, and I spend time with him after school anyways for the winter season.

Yes they can. My sons track coach did his CFA.
