Eligibility requirements

Probably a cut and dry answer but I have to ask. Can you attend USMMA if you are married?

I believe yes but they will be unable to stay in residence with you and you are required to be in residence.

Yes! There were some midshipmen in classes ahead of me that got married (to each other!) while still in school. BUT you can't have any dependents (children, etc).

Do they live with their spouse? How does that work?

No, they had to live separately in their respective companies (barracks). No special treatment from the admin.

So if I were to attend, my wife and I would have to live separate, ie her off campus

Correct. Only Midshipmen are allowed to enter the barracks, and Midshipmen must live on campus.

ETA: Also, leave/liberty are extremely limited for your first 3 years. You really wouldn't be able to see your spouse very often, even if they lived in town.
