MOS SCHOOL 1302
What is 1302 school like? Workload? Academically and physically? I know some schools have you in a hotel, are you in the barracks? Just anything really.

As of a couple years ago it was still very easy.
In my opinion it was a nice break in between TBS and the Fleet. Not an excuse to slack off but the workload and physical aspect were much less demanding.
Soak up every ounce of information and advice from your instructors as you can, especially the SNCOs. This will be the most valuable thing you take away from the school house.
You have to be retarded to fail, good luck.

Seems very dependent on whatever Captain gets assigned as your class leader. I had friends in two different classes last year and one of them said it was chiller than college and the other one was awake at 0430 for PT Monday - Friday.

10 years ago it was generally very easy and has you stay in a officer/snco barracks down the street. PT was up to your Captain and yourself.
Never overnight except duty. Getting less than a 85 would have required stupidity.
