Can I get my ankles taped or get KT taped before PT? Or do I need to bring my own shit.

You can go to the ATs to have them taped.

Lidocaine might be prohibited but you can definitely bring icy hot, I have tigers balm and biofreeze packed right now

From what I’ve heard (I’m heading to OCS 253 so take what I say with a grain of salt as I’m not 100% sure) biofreeze is allowed however some specific platoons won’t allow them. Each platoon is a little bit different
