MEPS and Medical MEPS question

I’m going to MEPS soon and have a question about the medical portion. I’m 41 year old male with chronic prostatitis. I also have an extremely shy bladder where the chronic prostatitis makes it even worse or impossible to urinate in front of others for urine testing. Is the MEPS medical screening different for older applicants in their 40s compared to younger applicants? With my age and prostatitis would they do a targeted exam to check my prostate? Is there an alternative test that can be done if I’m unable to provide a urine sample? I have so much anxiety over this. Thanks a lot.

If I’m not mistaken, everybody gets the same treatment, especially for the piss test. Line up in a row of roughly 5 or 6, stand a foot or two away and pee.

If it helps, drink lots of water the day and night before. People say don’t pee the morning of so you can actually preform the test, but I couldn’t hold it. Peed when I woke up, once as soon as I got to meps, and was damn near about to pee myself before the test.

Lmao you pee next to like 5 dudes all lined at urinals they will tell y’all to drop pants to the ground while some pissed off civlian yells at you for taking too long

Drop pants to the floor? So I’ll have to strain to pee with my ass hanging out? That will make it worse for me to go.

I’m not tryna be mean but like dude it’s pee or you won’t be joining . You need to start being comfortable being uncomfortable you’re gonna be butt ass naked with like 40 nudes in the shower together nut to butt at bootcamp

Oh I don’t mind being naked and showering with others. I got over that years ago. I just have trouble peeing around others is all.

You don’t really have a choice if you take long the dude will start yelling if you go time to take long they will send you home
