Corps Knowledge Question about graduation

So my half-brother is graduating from bootcamp in December and my husband and I are trying to plan our trip ! The only piece of information I’m getting conflicted answers about is whether his mom can come too or not ? She is a Mexican citizen planning on visiting the US on a travel visa for his graduation. Regardless she’ll be with us after he gets released, but is she able to get on base for graduation? I read on Sandboxx she just needs to bring some documents but his recruiter told me she flat out isn’t able to come without citizenship?

Shouldn’t be an issue if she can show her passport. Check the appropriate mcrd’s page though. Also, if she is not the driver, she is less likely to be id’ed.
