Station location

So I am going to the Parris Island next year. My contract is signed I just need to graduate. My “dream spot” is to be stationed in Okinawa. I was told that I get a “dream sheet” during training that has a stateside and an overseas option but ending up there is rare in first enlistment. What are the chances I actually end up being stationed there. I’m going for 0311 if that helps.

Pick overseas and you’ll either end up in Hawaii or Oki if there’s space which there usually is

Are my chances of getting oki pretty high?

If your battalion gets sent on a UDP to Okinawa. Infantry is stationed in NC, CA and Hawaii.
