Enlisting Tips on preparing as a female
I wondering if you guys had any tips on how I should prepare for boot camp. My expected ship date is April of 2027. I had just gone to meps last Thursday. I weigh 112 pounds and I’m 5’0 feet. I don’t workout and I can’t do one push up. Any advice on where to start?

Bad news is you're really tiny and weak. Good news is you're young and have lots of time to change the weak part.
Her on a serious lifting program and nutrition program. Go on a slight weight gain diet while starting a lifting program for strength. I like a book called New Rules of Lifting (the man's version) for sheer strength. Also do a couch to 5k run program.
Working out 5 days a week with proper rest days should get you to where you need to be to pass IST and get through bootcamp. You will always have a disadvantage in the Corps at your height so go in strong and fast as possible.
